The role of the Key Account Executive Administrator is to fully support the Key Account function by providing up to the minute reporting requirements for the team including providing analysis and insight on KPIs and performance dynamics as well as volume, revenue, share and availability. The role ensures that all key account administration, documentation and filing is always maintained to a high standard. The role involves cross functional work and support both internally and externally.
1. Business Management and Execution • Fully Support the KA team in the delivery and implementation of compelling Customer Development Plans with aligned customer KPI’s to maximize volume, revenue, profit and market share performance • Fully Support the KA team in the completion of customer administration – proposals, monitoring of key metrics, system set-up, provision of product and pricing information etc. • Establish close working business relationships with appropriate contacts in the account ensuring a ‘right first time’ mentality of supplier service • Performance Reporting - provide visibility of our business performance by Unit, Team and Rep and engagement with cluster colleagues on Reporting tools and suite • Create impactful Powerpoint Presentations, dashboards and other reports on performance vs KPIs and other measures as identified with Key Account Manager (KAM) • Develop quantified recommendations and insights to highlight opportunities and provide various options for corrective action • Create simple models for scenario-planning account actions = impact on KPIs (sales, revenue, profit, market share, financial metrics) • Planning & Resource Management • Liaise closely with Trade marketing to ensure meticulous planning of resource (people and investment) to ensure the ongoing success of NPD activation • Work with KAMs to ensure the effective activation of Trade Investment through tracking and reporting at rep and KA level undefined. Commercial Strategy Development Work with the KA team in business development - identifying ways to deliver competitive advantage at an account level and drive top and bottom line growth: • Champion key account knowledge and understanding internally – engage across business to ensure the customer agenda is reflected in strategy development. • Collaborate, inform and share account knowledge with other key functions to help create commercial and trade strategies. • Understanding industry developments and communicating the position on critical issues undefined. Skills & experience
