The role

This role requires to work and support the Regional Sales Manager in coordinating and consolidating data to understand and evaluate the performance. It is quite analytical, creating reports and analysing them to get insights to take appropriate actions. As the Regional Sales Manager is also responsible for global Key Account customer the Sales Executive will be working on shaping and supporting our strategic direction for the account like preparation of annual negotiations.

Key accountabilities

Support Regional Area Sales Manager in daily Sales and Key account management operational tasks, data consolidation, analysing and tracking and implementing the account plan. Monitoring and evaluating the KPIs set in the Plan throughout the year Managing Key customer’s operational accounting and correct bookkeeping for our reporting Support Sales Team via analyse and process information and data across all markets and accounts in the region to help evaluate performance and spot potential opportunities. Prepare presentations and other key support materials for the team Ensure appropriate external and internal communications, supporting the delivery of a variety of conference calls, webinars and internal reports.

Skills & experience

Fluent in English Minimum 1-2 years’ experience ideally in FMCG business in one or more of sales, planner/ analyst and account management role Strong analytical and solution drive Excellent communication skills and strong inter-personnel skills to build effective relationships with important internal and external stakeholders Good attention to detail and team player
