To implement, execute and supervise all activations in the region in Europe and Americas. To lead, guide, optimize and manage regional sales force / feet on the ground to achieve defined contact, trial and volume objectives.
Close cooperation with Regional Sales Manager to implement a strategy through merchandisers, distributor’s staff and brand ambassadors. Coordinate, implement and evaluate all activations like promotions, special editions and furniture installations. Support organization of trade shows and events Being the key point of contact for the field force in the sops and maintaining close relationships Regional coordination, management, development, engagement and training of all field force like brand ambassadors, sales promoters, merchandizers and agency/ shop staff Communicate and monitor individual objectives and KPIs for staff in the shops.
Skills & experience
Fluent in English, Related University degree in Marketing with min. 2-3 years solid experience in trade marketing roles or sales ideally in a FMCG industry Strong communication and influencing skills Experience of working with external creative agency Strong organizational and analytical skills with professional level in MS Excel Willing to travel internationally
