For our Finance team in Hamburg, we are looking for a Business Performance Finance Business Partner (m/f/d)!
As direct report of the Finance Manager Germany, the Business Performance Finance Business Partner is responsible for the consolidating, reviewing and challenging all market P&Ls (including Gross Margin, A&P and Overheads) within the Cluster DACH. Adjusting market targets if necessary, in cooperation with FD and comparing to actuals. Prepare overview reports and ensure transparency of current market performance. Business partnering with Finance Managers and consulting all involved Stakeholders to achieve overall Cluster targets. It includes staff management, two controllers reporting directly to the position.
