The Role

Imperial Brands- an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Cargo Soft User Group Coordinator within their Supply Chain Excellence team in Poznan. Cargo Soft User Group Coordinator will have an opportunity to lead and coordinate a group of key users, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between end-users and the IT or project teams. The role involves gathering feedback, identifying training needs, managing change requests, and facilitating the adoption of new systems or processes, acting as a bridge between users and technical teams, ensuring smooth implementation, continuous improvement, and user satisfaction.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Overseeing the organization and coordination of the CargoSoft user group, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among members
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between key users and IT or project teams, translating user needs and feedback into actionable requirements
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of user needs and pain points, ensuring they are addressed effectively
  • Identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions or workshops to ensure users are proficient in using new systems or processes
  • Monitoring and measuring user adoption rates and developing action plans to address any challenges or resistance
  • Handling and prioritizing change requests, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and monitoring the post-implementation phase to ensure alignment with business goals

Skills and Experience Required

  • Experience with managing Transport Management Systems or other logistic systems
  • Good level of experience with supply Chain or logistics 
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to drive the change, work independently, proactiveness, e.g. proactive manner to discover, understand, meet and align internal and external stakeholder needs
  • Capability to translate users (business, clients) demands into IT requirements (IT affinity)
