The role will focus on translating brand and portfolio strategies of combustible and NGP brands to visibility and consumer engagement strategies as well as toolkits, guidelines and strategic direction for activation of new launches and other marketing initiatives to be executed by the trade marketing team.
This person will liaise with key global consumer experience partners and global brand and experience design partners to ensure that cluster needs for communication tools are met, that market execution is in line with central Consumer Marketing Centre of Excellence and that the tools are compliant with regulatory requirements.
The role will oversee other activities such as activation, in-store execution and consumer experience, both for combustible and next generation product (NGP) brands. He/she will work closely the brand leads and trade marketing team to create a Consumer Experience Plan for key brand and marketing initiatives.
This role is a unique experience as this cluster is the only business unit in the organization that provides a market experience with a truly global scope.
This role is offered on an 8-month fixed-term contract basis.
Experience in marketing or familiarity with marketing due to cross-functional work with marketing in previous or current role
A collaborative self-motivated team player who wants to develop their skills in marketing in a dynamic environment
A strategic and analytical thinker who uses insights to generate tangible actions
Good problem-solving, advanced planning and organizing skills
Fluent in English with good presentation skills
