Please note: This is a 12 month fixed term contract role. The role is based in our Bristol HQ where we have a hybrid working model and therefore, you would be required to be in the office 2 days per week.
As a Consumer Research Manager within Imperial Brands Insights function, you will focus on addressing the insights needs of the Cluster / Market teams.
You will achieve this by understanding the needs, preferences, motivations, and behaviour's of the consumer by gathering and analysing primary, secondary and tertiary data through research (including 3rd party) to uncover valuable and actionable information that can guide the Cluster’s decision-making.
Working closely with the global and cluster Insights teams you will deliver high quality Insights that drive consumer centricity and move the business agenda in line with the defined must win battles (‘MWBs’).
This role owns the end-to-end delivery of consumer insights for the clusters and markets it is located within. It is expected to provide the business with consumer insight through the following:
