The EU Corporate Affairs Executive will support the EU Engagement Office.
By working independently to track policy developments, develop research and argumentation papers as well as engagement material for markets on a wide range of topics, tailor generic engagement materials to specific market needs and liaise with other Group functions. You will also be responsible for monitoring tobacco / nicotine control activities seeking to influence EU policy and create an early warning system to flag developing themes, thus playing an important role in delivering Imperial Brand’s public policy objectives in the European Union’s institutions and among other EU stakeholders.
You will help execute plans to further these objectives in Brussels and contribute internally to the development of our EU advocacy strategies, positions and materials.
On occasion, the Corporate Affairs Executive will represent the company in industry associations and at relevant events and liaise with EU institutions and business organisations. The role will report to the Head of Corporate Affairs EU.
