The role

We are looking for an individual with a passion for digital data and analytics, continuous improvement and an advocate of data driven Insights.

In this newly created role, you will join our global TA team, and be responsible for talent acquisition data and intelligence globally. You will collect, report, and provide insights, recommendations and solutions based on your data analysis and insights. This role will help lead the way in using data to develop new reporting processes and identify ways to drive continuous improvement in the TA Function.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the Global Head of TA Ops to translate data and insights into analytical reports (asking the ‘right questions’, working through reasons why and storyboarding the output)
  • Conduct analysis using in-house TA tools, and be comfortable analysing a range of recruitment data, maintaining and building dashboards for internal customers
  • Regular monitoring and analysis of recruitment data from a variety of sources (careers site, job boards, Google Analytics, etc.) to extract insights about marketing effectiveness and areas of optimization
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis and insight to inform Talent Acquisition business strategy
  • Create a recruitment forecast tool for the global business which proactively assesses demand, supply, absence etc and track recruitment activity against forecast
  • Manage the consistent production of high quality, accurate reports within tight timescales via TalentLink & Excel
  • Identify actionable insights and continuous improvement opportunities using data including LinkedIn Talent Insights
  • Produce weekly, monthly & ad hoc excel and PowerPoint reports
  • Data Administration and Data Cleansing Tasks
  • Identify opportunities to improve data analysis/reporting output & to drive continuous improvements in TA activity
  • Support the needs of the TA team and other key stakeholders throughout the business with reporting & insight
  • Maintain knowledge of previous analysis to avoid duplication and to share learnings from relevant past projects

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders of differing levels across the business
  • Expertise in using Excel for data analysis (Graphs, Macros, Formulas and Pivot tables)
  • Confident in using Word and PowerPoint to create well-presented documents
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Recruitment Technology Tools
  • A background in an analytical role providing insight and recommendation based on analysis
  • “Storytelling” in a corporate context, crafting clear, compelling messaging, and generate actionable insights
  • Subject matter expertise and deep knowledge of: Talent Acquisition technology tools, Excel and PowerPoint
  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar corporate analyst roles
  • Experience manipulating different data sources and complex data analysis
  • Demonstrable successful experience working in cross functional teams and matrix companies

Desirable:

  • Subject matter expertise and deep knowledge of: TalentLink &/or Workday.
  • Understanding of web API would be an advantage but not essential
  • Write logic and queries to create, extract and analyse data
