The Role

As Integration Co-ordinator, you will coordinate and support quality systems integration projects on the Group IT platforms (e.g. PLM) & administrate and maintain quality systems modules on Group IT platforms. Additionally, you will develop quality systems for all combustible products by implementation and maintenance of quality and SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools. Create and update quality system documentation and support Central Functions on creation and development of NGP related quality systems.

Further responsibilities include the support of production sites with quality systems and quality tools to ensure correct process/product monitoring. Shares knowledge via trainings and workshops. Alongside planning non-standard research and perform advanced analyses (e.g., statistical) of quality data of products and/or processes.

Scope: IMB sites and 3^rd party contract manufacturers of combustible and NGP products

Additional Information

You will additionally work closely with NGP Quality, who are responsible for setting the standards for the product quality framework with the focus on NGP.

Key Accountabilities

• Coordination and/or support for projects of quality systems integration into Group IT platforms.
• Administration of quality modules on Group IT platforms (e.g., CIS, QI, etc.).
• Refinement, development and maintenance of Combustible quality systems.
• Authoring and updating of quality related documents as of manuals, standards, SOPs, checking plans etc.
• Implementation of quality and SPC tools in production processes.
• Support of application of quality and SPC tools for production sites.
• Development of KPIs to monitor performance and/or correctness of processes and products from a quality perspective.
• Operating of Central Quality KPI calculation and reporting for Combustible and NGP products.
• Coordination, cooperation and intermediation with other competent departments and factories.
• Planning of non-standard quality research.
• Advanced analyses of quality data.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential

• Technical (Science) Education – bachelor’s degree
• Very good knowledge of theory of probability and statistics and combinatorics 
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.) enabling processing of complex data.
• Good knowledge of data processing techniques.
• Good Quality Management and Production System knowledge (techniques, tools, process, and product quality control)
• Good analytical skills with statistical background and ability to practically interpret information and apply findings.
• Knowledge of SPC related ISO standards (e.g., ISO 2859)
• Good communication, presentation, and training skills
• Pro-active, motivated
• Strong intercultural skills
• Fluently spoken and written English

Desirable

• Master’s degree
• Experience in implementation of SPC tools
• Conceptual and creative way of working & out-of-box thinking.
