The purpose of the Imperial Brands leaf training program is to develop suitable candidates over a two year period by providing you with the required:
This will enable you at the end of the program to possess the sufficient skill and knowledge to progress into a more senior role and provide a positive contribution to the company. Both the training period and end position can be within any global operation in the world in which the company operates.

Each candidate will be assigned a mentor whose role is to monitor and assist in your development throughout the training program. During in-country training, candidates will report to the regional manager in charge.
