The OD Manager role will support our enterprise organisation design projects in support of our global transformation.
The role will involve navigating through our global operating model to ensure the integrity and high quality delivery of an organisation design fit for purpose.
The OD Manager will report to the Global Organisation Effectiveness Director and will work alongside a pool of Organisation Design Leads facing off to the business in a project based way of working.
