The IT Enterprise PMO (EPMO) is a global IT function which operates at strategic level with IT executives and provides enterprise-wide IT support on governance, reporting, project portfolio management, and controls best practices, provides mentoring, tools and standardised processes. The EPMO ensures and facilitates strategic alignment between business objectives and the IT investments made by Imperial.
The role of Enterprise PMO (Portfolio Management Office) Portfolio Manager is to support the effective operation of the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) team. This is a key role in the strategic planning process for the IT organization, acting as a lead advisor to the Head of IT EPMO, including:
