This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to play a key role in ensuring compliance with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) by supporting the Global Head of Non-Financial Reporting. This position requires engagement with internal stakeholders, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and external partners such as auditors and legal advisors, to ensure Imperial Brands produces a CSRD-compliant Annual Report and Accounts by 2025.
In addition, the role will collaborate with IT teams to align technology initiatives with business requirements, ensuring the successful implementation of CSRD reporting capabilities. Ensure that non-technical workstreams are effectively coordinated with technology delivery, including business process and change management. Develop realistic project plans that balance business-as-usual (BAU) activities with reporting cycle demands and technology delivery timelines, while ensuring ESG team resources are aligned for workshops, UAT, and business sign-offs. Ensure IT teams fully understand the business requirements, expected outcomes, and the process impacts of all technology deliverables.
