Regional Marketing Manager (REMOTE)

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Regional Marketing for Europe, the key areas of responsibility will be to drive the Brand, Product Portfolio, and Marketing Activation strategies within the European Region.

The role requires working collaboratively with regional Consumer Marketing leaders, senior executives overseeing product categories, and other functions across the European region to ensure performance management.

The role holder will be expected to liaise closely with marketing teams across different regions and collaborate with other European functions to align and support the brand and activation strategies at both the regional and local market levels.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Lead the European Go-To-Market Strategy, overseeing its implementation and execution by supporting a consistent Brand and Customer Experience Strategy.
  • Ensure the delivery of profit and loss goals based on the central product and brand strategy, which should be embedded in local markets with a focus on consumers while balancing key long-term objectives.
  • Conduct critical strategic, analytical, and operational projects aimed at increasing revenue, profitability, and productivity.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing leads and the central marketing and product portfolio management teams to co-create the overall product and brand strategy.
  • Support regional marketing teams in creating business plans and lead the marketing execution plans by ensuring that consumer-focused initiatives are in place to meet business plan targets.
  • Identify and share best practices across the European markets.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 8+ years of experience in Brand and Marketing Activation roles within a global FMCG organization.
  • Leadership experience in managing regional or local markets.
  • Experience in launching new and innovative products in different markets.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments, interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Influencing and stakeholder management skills in a complex, matrix-style organization.
  • Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
