The role holder will partner the AAACE and GSC P&C Business Partners in pursuit of our ambitious business strategy and transformation plans and specifically to develop and implement an aligned TA Strategy and the plans required to deliver business objectives.
The role holder will partner with hiring managers in AAACE and GSC and working closely with the P&C Business Partners for both areas, they will lead on delivering business critical Resourcing Plans and strategic TA initiatives. In addition, they will coach, challenge and influence hiring managers in order to align the needs of the business and the delivery of the business priorities and TA plans.
Reports functionally to the Global Head of TA Delivery and leads on delivering the Regional TA resourcing plan. They must also ensure local alignment and drive delivery of the agreed local People and Culture TA agenda and plans.
The incumbent will lead and manage a hybrid team of one Imperial and c10 RPO Recruiters to ensure that we attract and hire diverse talent with critical skills and experience and at the right time, right cost and in the right location to enable and accelerate delivery of business performance.
They will proactively communicate with stakeholders, mediating between global and local needs to ensure global consistency and local relevance. Critically, they will Help TA shift from a Regional perspective, to proactive strategic hiring against a workforce plan and Annual Recruitment Forecast.
