The role

As a member of the People & Culture NGP (New Generation Products) team, you will have ownership and provide Business Partnering and Leadership to the Fontem Entity, HT (Heated Tobacco), EVP (Electronic Vapour Product) & Digital Categories and local People & Culture team.

You will help us to embark on a transformation journey that will lead you from the operational senior people leader through to a Senior Strategic Business Partner for our senior leaders.

Key accountabilities

• Lead the local P&C team & Office Management team including - team oversight / management, development and support for individual team members
• Partnering with employees and people leaders, to implement a People and Culture agenda that is fully aligned to the long-term business plan
• Drive the P&C Transformation agenda for the area of responsibility
• Lead the local P&C team through transformation and change

Skills & Experience

• Global HR experience in multinational FMCG company
• Strong team leading and business partnering skills as a generalist
• Ability to adapt to and manage change
• Keen on driving and implementing processes
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to learn quickly, acquire new skills and solve problems with a solution orientated approach
• Willingness to travel according to business needs
