As a member of the People & Culture NGP (New Generation Products) team, you will have ownership and provide Business Partnering and Leadership to the Fontem Entity, HT (Heated Tobacco), EVP (Electronic Vapour Product) & Digital Categories and local People & Culture team.
You will help us to embark on a transformation journey that will lead you from the operational senior people leader through to a Senior Strategic Business Partner for our senior leaders.
In this role you will enjoy a relaxed working atmosphere in a hybrid role with presence in our super modern Amsterdam office is easily accessible via public transport or by car. You will take advantage of our competitive remuneration package and internal global development opportunities.
