The Role

As a Change Lead, this role will be pivotal in managing and delivering change initiatives that support our people, processes and system transition. This program focuses on future capabilities; and engaging consultation and communication to ensure a respectful and valued transition for all employees. An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees globally. The role will report to the Project Manager locally.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to and recommend change approach, and manage stakeholder consultations.
  • Develop and implement outcome-driven change plans, manage change activities, and ensure readiness assessments are completed.
  • Collaborate with the regional team to develop engaging communication plans, create support materials, and manage content approval.
  • Facilitate and manage integrated change delivery across the business and workstreams, prepare reports, and manage program governance processes.
  • Provide coaching on change management tools and processes, support team meetings, and facilitate the training process in the cluster to ensure all training is delivered in line with the program plan.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Capability in training, coaching, and applying the e.g. Prosci ADKAR model and or and learning design /delivery expertise will be desirable.
  • Strong change management skills across multiple workstreams.
  • Ideally you will bring experience managing change through digital and sales distribution channels.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal and ability to engage with executives.
  • A forward thinker with the ability to see the bigger picture.
