The Role

Our Supply Chain Analyst (Sales & Operations Planning) is for supporting the group wide sales & operation planning strategy, plans and processes globally, to ensure alignment across demand, supply, sales and financial plans, contributing to overall Imperial performance and success.

Principle Accountabilities

• Collecting, organising and analysing data across a variety of functional and business areas, contributing to the creation of key business intelligence reports, statistical data, demand forecasts and customer feedback
• Supporting key S&OP projects, aligning and updating cross-functional partners and stakeholders, monitoring delivery, and tracking success, timelines and budget against requirements
• Coordinating data and performance metrics from various functions
• Integrating a variety of data sources to create consolidated reports, dashboards and models
• Preparing reports, charts and tables detailing key market factors for senior leadership, ensuring alignment across demand, supply and financial planning

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience in data analysis
• Experienced user of Excel, SAP and Power BI
• Experience with working between interfaces, multi-cultural environment and dealing with broad spectrum of functions and hierarchy levels
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
