Imperial Brands is seeking a forward-thinking Head of IT for Data and Integration to operationalise data and integration in line with our strategic transformation programmes. This leader will develop and implement a thorough data and integration plan consistent with our organisation's strategic goals and aspirations and supervise the creation of data-driven solutions that promote commercial success and competitive differentiation.
As well understanding data strategy, this person must be able to ensure data readiness for our organisation as we deploy our transformational programmes. By utilising data technologies, including MDM, data platforms, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and predictive analytics, the person will play a crucial role in governing our data assets, driving efficiency and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making across departments.
This person will also look to optimise integrations across our hub and spoke architecture by leveraging technologies including BTP, Webmethods and Azure Integration. Furthermore, this individual will guarantee the ethical usage and protection of data throughout our operations. We seek a collaborative expert passionate about maximizing data's potential to propel our company's progress.
