Dior Decupper

General Manager Cluster DACH and Spokeswoman of the Board


 

Dior Decupper has extensive management experience in various country markets of Reemtsma's parent company Imperial Brands PLC, including as General Manager for France and the Benelux countries, as Managing Director for the Canaries & Gibraltar region and as Marketing and Sales Manager in Senegal. Having gained extensive experience in the international food industry, she has held several prominent positions, most recently serving as Group Chief Executive at The Meatless Farm. Prior to that, she was the Cluster Managing Director for the Netherlands, France, and Belgium, as well as a member of the Board of Directors at Upfield.

Since February 2023, Dior Decupper has been General Manager at Reemtsma, responsible for the country cluster of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Dior Decupper is recognised as an internationally experienced business leader with a very strong consumer focus and a profound understanding of consumers in various consumer goods categories. She holds international degrees from the George Washington University School of Business and Columbia Business School.

Rémi Guillon

GSC E2E Planning & Supply Director


 

Rémi Guillon has been responsible for the end-to-end supply chain at Reemtsma since July 2021. When he joined the Global Supply Chain function of Reemtsma's parent company Imperial Brands PLC, he also assumed responsibility for the core area of Supply Chain as a member of the Reemtsma Board of Directors.

Prior to this, Rémi Guillon was most recently Vice President Global S&OP and Planning Capabilities, responsible for the successful end-to-end supply chain transformation of US perfume manufacturer Coty. From 2005 to 2017, he worked in various functions in Operations, Planning and Supply Chain at Procter & Gamble. Before joining Imperial Brands, Rémi Guillon can look back on a total of 16 years of professional experience in the international consumer goods environment, including nine years in Supply Chain and seven years in Manufacturing.

Rémi Guillon holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) in Lyon, France.

Florian Osterloh

People & Culture Director Germany & Cluster DACH


 

Florian Osterloh is responsible for the People & Culture department and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH since the end of 2022. He thus performs the combined role of Labour Director for Germany as well as Human Resources Manager for the entire cluster.

Florian Osterloh has extensive experience in national and international HR and project management as well as in change management. Before joining Reemtsma, he was most recently Head of HR Management in the real estate sector, responsible for around 2,200 employees. Prior to that, he spent approximately 13 years in various national and international leadership positions in HR management for the luxury goods group Richemont and 3.5 years at the strategy consultancy Porsche Consulting, where he successfully managed various projects on the topics of HR strategy, reorganisation and transformation.

Florian Osterloh studied Economics and European studies in Germany and Spain.

Luka Somen

Finance Director Cluster DACH


 

Luka Somen is responsible for Finance for the national markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He has been a member of the Executive Board of Reemtsma Cigarettenfabriken GmbH since the beginning of 2025.

Luka Somen is an internationally experienced financial expert with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Before joining Reemtsma, he held various strategic and financial management roles at the international brewery group Heineken, most recently as Finance Director for Heineken Germany. Over the past ten years, he has worked in various countries, including Austria, Brazil, the Netherlands and his home country Croatia.

Luka Somen studied Business Administration and Management in Croatia and International Business Management in the US.
