Principle Accountabilities

We're excited to offer a diverse group of students the chance to explore three unique rotations within our company!

Rotation A: Discovery

Are you passionate about innovation and problem-solving? In this rotation, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Research and evaluate creative ideas, technologies, and materials.
• Collaborate with external partners, research institutions, and startups to explore potential collaborations.
• Join brainstorming sessions and contribute to the company's innovation pipeline.

Rotation B: Formulation

If you have an interest in bringing ideas to life, this rotation is for you. You will:

• Work closely with a diverse team to ensure the compatibility of ingredients and meet regulatory requirements.
• Assess prototypes with a focus on consumer and sensory aspects.
• Share your thoughts in project discussions and contribute to the development of innovative technologies.
• Keep up with emerging trends in the field of formulation.

Rotation C: Project Management

Do you excel in organization and teamwork? In this rotation, you will:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring innovation projects.
• Develop project plans, track progress, and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and keep stakeholders informed about project status

Skills and Experience Required

• A recent graduate with a background in business, science, engineering or any other relevant field
• Excellent communication skills
• This role is based in our Innovation Centre in Liverpool and will require availability to work on-site
