The Strategic People & Culture Business Partner for the Central Eastern Europe Cluster within Imperial Brands acts as an internal consultant and member of the key markets’ Leadership Teams. With a deep understanding of their business area they will provide expert advice and challenge in order to align the needs of the business and the delivery of the Market & Cluster people priorities and plan.
Working with Cluster People & Culture Director, the role will be responsible for managing, cascading and monitoring all Global processes as well as guiding and coaching Senior Leaders in areas such as performance, talent management and succession planning.
The Strategic People & Culture Business Partner will role model our values, behaviours and Leadership framework and will play a key role in the implementation of the People and Culture mission and strategy. The role is based in Prague and will be part of the Market leadership Team.
