Join Imperial Brands PLC as a Senior Trade Marketing Manager and lead the charge in developing and executing impactful trade marketing strategies!

Principal Accountabilities

• Strategy Development: Craft and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with our commercial and marketing goals. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Project Management: Coordinate and execute trade marketing campaigns, including promotions, brand activations, and product launches. Manage the trade marketing budget efficiently.
• Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of trade marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive and effective strategies. Collaborate with design and production teams on promotional materials.
• Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and optimization recommendations.
• Client and Supplier Relations: Maintain and develop relationships with key clients and business partners. Negotiate with suppliers and distributors for optimal commercial and service conditions.

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant experience in a similar role as a Trade Marketing Manager or Brand Manager within FMCG industry.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
