We are seeking a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst to support our S&OP agenda for the Global Duty Free & Export (GDF&E) markets. As part of our team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless supply chain process, from forecasting to demand planning, and contribute to key operational projects.

Principal Accountabilities

• Collaborate with cluster functions (e.g.: Finance, Insights & Intelligence, Sales, Marketing, Legal) to collect and update forecasting assumptions/drivers and deliver to central forecasting team.
• Ensure data collection and analysis are performed with the right level of accuracy, frequency, granularity.
• Support Forecasting analysts with forecast review and provide input/guidance on required adjustments.
• Support S&OP Analysts with preparation of Demand Review Meeting for GDF&E key markets to ensure sales forecasts are captured, challenged, and aligned between the different stakeholders.
• Support Input preparation for S&OP Meeting (i.e., gaps, risks & opportunities, demand forecast update, deviation analysis), capture S&OP Meeting Actions/Outputs.
• Support key GDF&E projects affecting the business portfolio (e.g., legal changes, production relocations, product standardizations, design changes, new product launches) and deliver required input to end to end Global Supply Chain central stakeholders (e.g., Production Planning, Inventory Management, Materials Planning & Purchasing).

Skills and Experience Required

• Relevant experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain related roles. 
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a global team.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business/financial interrelationships (marketing/sales strategies, pricing, volumes, and cost structure).
• Proficient user MS Office (particularly Excel).
• Experience in SAP (R/3 particularly Material Management, Finance and APO) is desirable.
