Manager E2E Business Processes MRP Planning (18 MONTHS LONG CONTRACT)

The Role

Imperial Brands- an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Manager E2E Business Processes MRP Planning within their GSC hub in Warsaw.

Person in the role will have an opportunity to design, build and continuously improve IMB global E2E Supply Chain Processes with focus on MRP. The Manager E2E Business Processes MRP will be responsible to support the development and global implementation of IT solutions in Material Requirements Planning to ensure IMB maintains its competitive position into the future. Being part of the motivated international CoE Supply Chain Processes team, the Manager E2E Business Processes MRP will drive effective change processes and shape IMB global processes and dashboards for the digital Supply Chain of future.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Connect SC innovation projects with business strategic plan in alignment with global supply chain strategy
  • Drive continuous improvement in E2E Planning & Supply to meet and deliver performance targets (service, process, costs), with a focus on Material Requirements Planning
  • Define project road maps and with regular project status updates, be the single accountable point for key stakeholders
  • Provide strategic and operational support to E2E Planning & Supply
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes in cooperation with the Material Requirement Planning team and other stakeholders

Skills and Experience Required

.

  • A very good level of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably FMCG industry (E2E Supply Chain planning expertise, particularly in Material Requirements Planning)
  • Systems savvy & logical thinking (ideally experience in SAP and/or Blue Yonder)
  • Expertise in MRP concept and in supplier management, alternatively in similar Planning
  • positions (project management)
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Strategic thinking with proven track record of supply chain innovation
  • Understanding the global business and the interdependencies of other groups
