We seek a dynamic Brand Manager to lead strategic and operational planning for important local brands to achieve commercial success within the Iberia cluster. This role involves aligning product-related activities with cycle plans, creating marketing materials, and utilizing insights to implement initiatives.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Strategic Planning: Define brand objectives, establish performance baselines, and monitor progress.
  • Equity & Portfolio Strategy: Develop strategies to meet brand objectives and identify product portfolio targets.
  • Initiative Planning & Activation: Build detailed initiative plans and select activation campaigns to effectively reach target segments.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant experience as Product/Brand Manager. 
  • Fluency in English is a must.
  • Ability to manage projects in an efficient and effective way at an international environment.
  • Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills. 
  • Analytical and results driven oriented.
  • Microsoft Office proficient/advanced user (PPT and Excel).
