The People and Culture organisation includes 8 Centres of Expertise including Talent & Development, Organisational Design and Effectiveness, People and Planet, Reward, Ops and Communications.
In this role, you will partner with the P&C Leadership Team and key Centres of Expertise. You will drive purposeful communication through this global function as well as providing communications advice and input to P&C colleagues to make sure initiatives and activities are showcased, talked about and understood across the wide global organisation.
The P&C Communications Partner will be a key member of a collegiate team of comms professionals who are creating compelling content, innovating with new channels and supporting the transformation of Imperial across multiple dimensions, including innovation, digital and our global supply chain.
You will also be part of a community of Global Business Leaders who are Imperial Brands senior leaders based throughout the world in our Regions, Clusters and Markets
