The Role

Location: Poland

In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization by participating in goal alignment and target setting in line with our Global Supply Chain (GSC) Health & Safety strategy.

You will be at the forefront of cascading our OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) agenda, identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments and implementing improvements to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our workforce.

What are your tasks?

• Participating in goal alignment and target setting for the function in line with GSC Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Strategy.
• Cascading GSC HSW Agenda.
• Hazards identification and sufficient & adequate risk assessment - preparation and regular review, revision if and when required.
• Group & GSC HSW standards gap analysis and implementation of improvements, based on the IMS pillar requirements.
• Organizing sufficient level of capabilities in the area of responsibility for execution of targets.
• Incident Investigation & root cause analysis.

Who are we looking for?

• Completed NEBOSH Certificate.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety standards and OHS IMS foundations.
• Experience in non-financial reporting (NFR).
• Passion for working with people and development of culture.
• Accident investigation and Root Cause Analysis skills.
• Auditing skills.
